参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭患者疗效的临床观察

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Inflammatory Cytokines in patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法 60名慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别予以常规治疗、参附注射液滴注联合常规治疗,2周后,观察临床疗效及检测血清炎性细胞因子CRP、IL-6及IL-18水平。结果治疗2周后,两组血清炎性细胞因子CRP、IL-6及IL-18水平均有降低,但治疗组下降较对照组明显。结论参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭有较好疗效,可能通过降低血清炎性细胞因子CRP、IL-6及IL-18水平,抑制炎症反应以发挥临床效应。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Shenfu Injection on inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups as follows： therapy groups and control group.The patients in control group were subjected to routine treatments,and those in therapy group were treated with Shenfu Injection,additionally,The levels of serum of CRP、IL-6 and IL-18 before and 4 weeks after treatment were measured in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results： After treatment,the levels of serum of CRP、IL-6 and IL-18 were obviously decreased in therapy group,but no significant changes were found in control group.Conclusion： Shenfu Injection can reduce inflammatory impairment,It might work through decreasing the serum levels of CRP、IL-6 and IL-18 of patients,which facilitates modulating inflammation,and helps to cure CHF.
