采用文献资料等研究方法,以人的全面发展理论、学习型社会理论、终身体育理论等为理论基础,对我国城市中小学生实施休闲运动教育的价值和路径选择进行分析探讨,论述实施休闲运动教育的价值,提出"学校—家庭—社区"三位一体休闲运动教育路径选择。

With the method of literature review and based on comprehensive development theory, learning - oriented society theory and lifelong sports theory, the authors explored the educational value and approaches of recreational sports for urban primary and middle school students, and put for- ward the approach of integrating ＂school, family and community＂ into one to develop recreational spots
