社会分层理论视域下的宋代体育休闲活动研究

Sport leisure activities in Song dynasty from the perspective of social stratification theory

从社会分层理论的视角对宋代体育休闲活动进行整理分析,发现宫廷皇族阶层的体育休闲活动引导了宋代体育休闲活动的社会风尚;平民阶层得到充分的孕育和发展,使其成为宋代体育休闲活动的大众版图的扩张者;士大夫阶层受到理学的影响,其体育休闲活动追求人与自然的和谐,强调精神上的休闲。同时,宋代政治较为开明,各阶层经济收入和闲暇时间增加,文化教育及价值取向的多元是宋代体育休闲活动兴盛原因。

From the perspective of social stratification theory, the author analyses the sport leisure activities in Song dynasty and finds that sport leisure activities of the royal class lead social fashion; the Civilian class developed fully and expanded the territory of the sport leisure activities in Song dy- nasty; On the influence of Mentalism, the gentry classes pursuited the harmony between men and nature and emphased the metal leisure ; the factors that lead to the palmy days of sport leisure activi- ties include enlightened political background, increased income and leisure time and muti -cultural value orientation.
