新课程改革背景下教师赋权增能与体育教师角色转变研究

Relationship between teachers' empowerment and PE teachers' role transformation under the background of new curriculum reform

新体育课程改革要求体育教师转变角色,但体育教师本身存在的问题以及外在的力量阻碍了其角色的转变。体育教师赋权增能是改变这一现状的有效途径,也是促进体育教师角色转变的有效途径之一。首先分析对体育教师赋权的原因,然后在此基础上从体育教师自身与外部力量两方面提出体育教师赋权增能的策略。

Ahhough the new physical education curriculum reform requires physical education teach- ers to change their roles, both PE teachers＇ problems and external forces hinder this transformation. Physical education teacher empowerment is an effective way to change this situation and promoting the change of teacher＇ s role is one of the effective ways. This paper analyzes the causes of PE teacher empowerment, and then put forward the empowerment strategies from both sides of PE teachers＇ self and external strengths.
