摘要 针对唐钢冷连轧机轧制1 700热轧线供料板形良好而轧制1 580热轧线供料出现双边浪缺陷的问题,对比分析了两种热轧原料的板形和组织,发现1 580原料边部和中心组织不均匀性过大,在其他轧制条件相同且采用同一目标板形曲线的情况下,在轧制过程中带钢在宽度方向上产生的变形热不同,引起带钢沿横向不均匀的热延伸,进而导致双边浪缺陷;结合1 580线供料的特性,根据板形目标曲线系数的设定原理,制定了一系列目标板形曲线,消除了双边浪缺陷,很好地满足了镀锌工艺对板形的要求,显著提高了产品的板形质量。 To the problem of bilateral wave defect in sheet cold rolling,it is compared and analyzed the profile shapes and structures of two kinds of raw plate material from different hot rolling line: 1700 and 1580 lines,found that raw plate from 1580 line has too large difference in structure in edge and center;under same rolling condition and target profile shape curve there are different deforming heat got along width direction in steel strip in rolling and so it causes different thermal elongation along the horizontal way of steel strip,and further the bilateral wave defect.Combined with the features of raw material from 1580 line and based on the setting principle of target profile shape curve coefficient,a series of target profile shape curves are settled out,the defects eliminated,the demand for profile shape from galvanizing process well met,the quality of sheet greatly improved.
