半固态等温处理对预变形后过共晶铝硅合金组织的影响

Influence of Semi-solid Isothermal Heat Treatment on Microstructure in Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy after Deformation

摘要 对预变形后的Al-25%Si合金进行半固态等温处理,研究了半固态等温处理工艺参数对合金组织的影响。利用光学显微镜观察组织,Image Pro Plus金相分析软件来测定初生硅平均直径和形状因子。结果表明,挤压变形后初生硅相的尺寸有明显的细化,但形态较差,而通过半固态等温处理后初生硅的颗粒得到明显的球化,但其平均直径有所增加。 The semi-solid isothermal heat treatment was carried on to Al-25%Si alloy after deformation and the effect of isothermal heat treatment parameter on the structure of alloy was investigated.Microstructures were studied by mean of optical microscope;the average diameter and the nodularization of the primary silicon were measured using Image Pro Plus.The results indicated that extrusion deformation can significantly refine primary silicon,but the morphology was not very good.And primary silicon spheroidization occurred after the semi-solid isothermal heat treatment,but the average diameter increased.
