光电直读光谱法测定锡锭中杂质元素的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用光电直读光谱法直接分析锡锭中的杂质元素,考察了方法的精密度和准确度。实验结果表明,通过使用控制试样来控制分析试样的分析结果,可获得良好的分析结果。方法的精密度RSD(n=11)为0.73%~15.79%。方法用于锡锭中杂质元素的分析,并将分析结果与化学法分析结果和光谱标样值进行比较,结果一致,能满足锡锭产品的检测要求。 The impurity elements in the tin ingots are determined directly by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry.The precision and accuracy of this method is investigated.The experimental results indicate that the fine analysis results can be acquired by controlling samples to control the analysis results of samples.The precision(RSD) of this method is 0.73%~15.79%.It has been used to analyze the impurity elements in the tin ingots.By comparison,its results is consistent with the chemical analysis results and spectrum prototype value,which can meet the inspection requirements of ingots products.
