摘要
试样用氢氟酸、硝酸低温溶解,用硼氢化钾作还原剂,用AFS-230E型双道原子荧光光度计测定硫化铅锌矿、铅精矿、锌精矿、硫精矿中的微量元素锗。锗的回收率96.6%(RSD=0.87%);精密度为1.40%;检出限为0.029 4μg/L;在1~200μg/L锗浓度范围内线性关系为0.999 3。
Adopted KBH4 as reductant,the samples were dissolved by HF and HNO3 at low temperature.It used AFS-230E double-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer to determine trace element Ge in lead zinc sulfide ore,lead concentrate,zinc concentrate and sulphur concentrate.Rate of recovery of Ge was 96.6%(RSD=0.87%).The precision was 0.90% and the detection limit was 0.029 4 μg/L.The linear relation was 0.999 3 between the concentration ranges of 1~200 μg/L.
