摘要 为解决燃机燃烧室前套筒外套在生产中经常出现的技术质量问题,通过对制件设计结构和成形模具结构的分析,针对其变形时毛料受力流动状态,找出产生小端不直、表面划伤等问题的原因,介绍了将成形模具结构由收口工艺改为内胀外收形式的改进过程。 Punch forming is a key process in the fabrication of gas turbine combustion sleeve. This article focuses on the process improvement of a typical sleeve part against tile quality issues like un-straightness and surface scuffing during production. Through the analysis on part features and forming die configuration, the stress distribution during plate deformation has been understood, and in the end, a new process has been generated by changing the die configuration from closing-in type to internal expanded with external take-up type.
