摘要
多工位级进模排样设计的合理对模具生产的稳定性、生产效率及降低制件的成本等至关重要,本文通过生产中的实例说明对多工位级进模带料的排样设计要点和实践中所得的经验进行分析总结,经过多年来的生产验证,所例举的排样设计合理,具有较高的生产效率。对同类制件的排样设计具有一定参考价值。
Multi-position progressive die layout for rational design of the mold production stability, production efficiency and reduce the cost of product, such as very important, in this paper, through the examples of the production of multi-position progressive die with material layout design and practice, summarize the experience of income, after years of production verification, the layout design is reasonable, and has higher production efficiency.
