摘要
针对广泛用于手机、微电脑等数码电子产品中的P5KF微型塑料插头,其所用的注射模,在生产过程中因合模对中偏移,影响到塑件质量,通过分析,对模具的合模定位结构进行了改进。内型用圆锥面定位销和套精定位,保证上下合模对中精确、不位移,有了间隙锥面定位销还可调整,解决了合模对中的可靠性和塑件生产质量的稳定性,模具适合大生产要求、寿命长等问题进行探讨和实践。
In this paper are widely used in mobile phone, microcomputer etc of digital electronic products P5KF miniature plastic plug, it used injection mould, in the process of production for closing the migration, affect the products quality, through the analysis, the mould closing positioning structure were improved. Type in with cone surface positioning pin and set of fine positioning, guarantee and joint the accurate, not displacement, clearance cone positioning pin can be adjusted, solved the closing to the reliability of products production and quality stability, mold suitable for production requirements, long life and other issues were discussed and the practice.
