“阳光体育工程”运行机制探究——以河南省洛阳市洛龙区“大课间行为艺术”课程为个案

Study of the Operating Mechanism of “Sunshine Sports Project”——The case of “Long-Class-Break Performance Art” Curriculum of Luolong District in Henan Luoyang

为使"阳光体育工程"更为广泛深入地在全国开展,本研究以河南省洛阳市洛龙区"大课间行为艺术"课程为个案,汲取其在运行机制方面的成功经验,认为活动应注重:构建促使观念转变的实效性机制,构建最大限度动员的运行机制,完善监管制度等,从而构建完善的良性可持续运行机制体系.

In order for expansion of ＂sunshine sports project＂ in China,in the case of ＂long-class-break performance art＂ curriculum at Luolong district,Luoyang city,Henan province.This study references the successful experience of operating mechanism.The authors put forward the following views：construction for effective mechanism to promote the concept change,construction for maximizing the operating mechanism of mobilization,to improve the regulatory system,etc.in order to build sustainable operating mechanism.
