摘要
采用元分析法,使用国际Cochrane协作组织提供的Review Manage 4.2软件,对健美操锻炼与心血管机能关系的40篇文献的数据进行定量化综合分析.结果表明:健美操锻炼对安静心率的总效果量d=-0.68,95%置信区间为[-0.73,-0.62],P<0.01,具有统计学显著性意义,效果量为中;对收缩压的总效果量d=-0.48,95%置信区间为[-0.80,-0.17],P<0.01,具有统计学显著性意义,效果量为小;对舒张压的总效果量d=-0.15,95%置信区间为[-0.35,0.06],且Z=1.40,P〉0.05,其效果量不具有统计学显著性差异.
The meta-analysis,the use of the international Cochrane Collaboration Review,the Manage 4.2 software,Aerobics literature on the relationship of cardiovascular function 40,includes 40 heart rate,blood pressure of 14 data for quantitative analysis.The results showed that:aerobics exercise for the total effect of resting heart rate of d=-0.68,95% confidence interval [-0.73,-0.62],P 0.01,statistically significant effect size for;systolic blood pressure the total effect of the amount of d=-0.48,95% confidence interval [-0.80,-0.17],P 0.01,statistically significant,effect size was small;diastolic blood pressure effect size d=-0.15,95% confidence interval [-0.35,0.06],and Z-= 1.40,P 0.05,the effect of volume does not have a statistically significant difference.
