摘要
研究中学教师群体的幸福感现状,采用问卷调查及数据分析的方法对不同学校的中学教师进行研究.结果表明:中学教师整体幸福感不高,直方图结果接近于正态分布;影响幸福感的主要因素有年龄、学历、是否是班主任、工作时间、收入、健康状况等.
In order to study middle school teachers' happiness status,we use methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis of Luoyang city middle school teachers in different schools to conduct the research.The result shows that,overall well-being of middle school teachers is not high,with the histogram representation results close to normal distribution;the main effect of happiness factors are age,education,whether class teacher,work time,income,health status.
