摘要
目的通过检测S100A4蛋白和钙粘蛋白-E在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达,探讨其在膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展中所起的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测S100A4蛋白和钙粘蛋白-E在38例膀胱移行癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果 S100A4蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌及癌旁膀胱组织中的阳性表达率分别为55.3%(21/38)、0.0%(0/38)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中S100A4蛋白水平明显高于癌旁膀胱组织(P<0.05),在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达与肿瘤病理分级(P<0.05)、临床分期(P<0.05)呈正相关,与有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。E-cad蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为47.4%(18/38)、81.6%(31/38),有显著性(P<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E-cad蛋白阳性表达率与患者病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,S100A4蛋白与E-cad蛋白的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 S100A4蛋白及E-cad蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达变化与肿瘤的发生、进展、预后密切相关,是判断其生物学行为、预测转移趋势极具价值的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of S100A4 protein and E-cad proteins in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (TCCB) and discuss their significance in carcinogenesis and progression of TCCB, as well as their relations with angiogenesis and prognosis. Methods The expression of S100A4 and E-cad proteins in 38 eases of TCCB and corresponding non-cancerous tissues were examined by immunohistochemical stain. Results The positive rate of S100A4 protein in TCCB and non-cancerous tissues were 55.3 % (21/38) and 0.0 % (0/38), respectively. The expression level of S100A4 protein in TCCB was much higher than in non-cancerous tissues (P〈0. 05), it was related positively with pathological grade (P〈0. 05), clinical stage(P〈0. 05) and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). The positive rate of E-cad protein in TCCB and non-cancerous tissues were 47.4 ~ (18/38) and 81.6 % (31/38), respectively. The expression of E-cad protein in TCCB, the differences had statistical significance as follow: pathological grade(P〈0.05), clinical stage(P〈 0. 05) and lymph node metastasis(P〈0. 05). The relationship of the expression of S100A4 protein and E-cad protein was negative correlation(r1 = -0.31 ,P〈0.05), Conclusion The expression of S100A4 and E-cad are significantty associated with tumor progression in TCCB. Both of them can be the predictors of the biological behavior and trend of the patients with TCCB. The expression of S100A4 and E-cad in TCCB are intimate relation. They perhaps affect the occurrence, development and metastasis of TGCB together. S100A4 may be an important predictor of the clinicopathologic feature of TCCB.
