摘要 针对由电力变压器的"木桶性质"所引起的、运行状态因极个别指标的严重劣化而导致整体安全性能极度下降的问题,提出了一种带惩罚型变权的模糊层次状态评价方法.首先构建了大型电力变压器层次结构体系;然后基于变权原理,同时考虑到各指标对于目标准则和部件间的相对重要性,引入惩罚型变权机制,针对变压器的自身属性构造了惩罚型变权向量函数,提高了对于劣化项目的反应灵敏度,使得各指标权重的再分配更加真实;最后利用模糊理论计算出的各指标相对于各评价等级的隶属度,实现了大型变压器状态的综合评价.通过实例计算和与其他方法的对比,证明了该方法的准确性和实用性. For "Buckets effect" of the power transformer,that its extreme decline overall safety performance only because the serious deterioration of the very few indicators,a kind of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process evaluation method with punishment variable weight was introduced.This paper first proposed the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) structure of the transformer evaluation of structure system.Second,taking into account the relative importance of each indicator on the objective criteria and each other,the mechanism of punishment variable weights is introduced,and the punishment variable weight vector function based on the own property of the transformer is constructed.The method improves the sensitivity of the very few serious indicators,the weight of each indicators becomes more real through redistribution;and then combined with the membership degree of evaluation level of a single indicator by the fuzzy theory,the paper comprehensively gets a condition evaluation method of transformer.Finally,the accuracy and usefulness of the model is proved through the examples and comparison with other methods.
