无焰氧化气流床气化实验炉设计与气化特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据煤粉无焰氧化燃烧的条件与技术要求,设计定制了一圆形横截面的煤粉气流床气化实验炉.并在炉膛上对冲布置了三层煤粉喷嘴、切向布置了三层空气喷嘴.在实验炉上分别进行了冷态流场实验与典型工况下的煤粉无焰氧化气化特性实验.研究结果表明,在三层煤粉喷嘴投入运行且氧/碳原子比为1.0左右时,气化炉的气化特性最佳,有效气组分(CO+H2)浓度、合成气热值和冷煤气效率均达最大值,分别为30.3%,4 477kJ/Nm3和75.29%. An experimental entrained flow coal gasification furnace with a circular section was customized according to the conditions for flameless combustion of pulverized coal and three tiers of PC nozzle,and three tiers of air nozzle are arranged in the furnace opposedly and tangentially respectively.Cold air flow tests in the furnace and PC gasification tests based on the flameless combustion under different typical conditions were carried out and the experimental results show that PC gasification is optimum when the three tiers of PC nozzle are simultaneously in operation and the atom ratio of O2/C is about 1.0 and meanwhile,the concentration of CO+H2,the calorific value of the synthesized gas and the efficiency of the cold coal gas are all at their maximum value,i.e.30.3%,4477kJ/Nm3 and 75.29% respectively.
