Pan Tong Village is next to Liwan Lake Park and there is only a wall in between. Accompanied with each other, the lake and village have been seen as one system since ancient times. But right now this place has become a village - in - city which is in a dangerous situation. Meanwhile, Liwan Lake Park is a historical cultural Park of which the water - land ratio is imbalaneed. The land area of Liwan Lake Park is seriously insufficient, and the park is also troubled by the exceeding of standard tourist capacity. This paper suggests that Pan Tong Village and Liwan Lake Park be combined organically and integrated managed. By this way can both the ancient village be protected effectively as a unique historical and cultural heritage, and land space of the lake park be increased, so as to make the regional rural landscape diverse as well as perfect.
