摘要
为了筛选有效的抗旱性指标,评价玉米品种的抗旱性,以已筛选出的抗旱性有差异的12个玉米品种为材料,采用抗旱池栽试验,设干旱胁迫和正常灌水2个处理,考察了与产量相关的形态和生理生化等33个性状,运用灰色关联分析和主成分分析方法,以抗旱隶属度、产量抗旱系数和抗旱指数为评价参数,结合模糊函数法,对各玉米品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。综合灰色关联和主成分分析结果表明,反映干旱条件下与抗旱性密切相关的有净光合速率(Pn)、实际量子产量(φPSII)、叶绿素含量(Chl)、叶面积、干物质等5个指标,并结合抗旱隶属度进行综合评价,评价结果与经典的抗旱指数法评价结果一致。表明用筛选出的5个指标对玉米开花期抗旱性评价是可行的,提出的综合分析法是一种玉米抗旱性鉴定较为有效的科学方法。
The purpose of present research is to select eitective indexes for appraising urougm resistance anu wake sure the drought resistance of different genotype maize. We studied systematically the expression based on thirty three morphological and physiological characters stich as chemistry of the different genotype maize varieties principal component analysis appraised the drought growth and development, morphology, yield and physiological bio- under water stress, adopting method of grey correlation degree and resistance of different maize varieties based on indexes including sub- ordinate function values of drought coefficient(DC) and drought index(DI) of yield, analyzed the correlations between e- valuation parameters and tested values of traits. The results showed that five indexes Pn, фPSII, chlorophyll content, dry matter and leaf area were screened based on thirty three morphological and physiological traits with quantitative analyzing methods, which can serve as indexes for identifying maize varieties drought resistance at anthesis stage. The comprehen- sive drough used to method t resistance of maize varieties were calculated by the subordinate degree of drought index of screen, it was drought resistant sequencing the two sequencing in accordance with the results of drough. An applied scientific method for comprehensive appraisement drought resistance, of maize regard the traits under drought stress condition while appraising maize with drought resistance t index of drought index was offered.
