摘要
对保持圈的冲压成形工艺进行了分析、设计,同时对保持圈的局部胀形过程进行了数值模拟。利用Dynaform软件针对凸台的局部胀形厚度变化及起皱倾向进行了模拟,分析表明了局部胀形工艺在保持圈成形中的可行性,提高了材料的利用率,为工程应用提供了依据。
The forming process of the bearing cage is designed and numerical simulation based on Dynaform is used to ana-lyze the local bulging process. Thickness variation and wrinkling tendency of the boss are of emphasis. And the result shows the feasibility of local bulging of the bearing cage during the forming process. The material utilization is improved and the foun- dation is provided for the engineering applications.
