摘要
通过对电器接线端子的结构进行分析,研究了该零件的冲压工艺方案,并介绍了接线端子零件多工位级进模的排样设计、工序设计、模具结构和动作过程,指出了模具主要工作部分零件的设计要求,从而保证了该零件的顺利成形。
The progressive die for wiring terminal from the aspects of the stock layout design, procedure design, the struc-ture and process is introduced. The design requirements of main working parts of the die are pointed out. The part is formed smoothly.
