摘要
试验以Cr12MoV模具钢为基体,采用光学显微镜、电子显微镜和硬度测试等方法,对熔覆层、过渡层、基体的形貌和显微结构进行了检测和分析,探讨了激光熔覆处理后裂纹的形成原因及开裂方式,并针对有效预防开裂的措施提出分析和建议。
On Cr12MoV die steel substrate, the morphology and structure of cladding layer, transitional layer and matrix were ex- amined and analyzed by means of optical microscopy and Vickers hardness measurement. The forming cause and the forms of laser cladding layer crack were summarized and discussed, and the effective methods of preventing cracks were described.
