摘要
针对汽车半轴产品法兰盘孔加工采用普通摇臂钻床加工,存在加工耗时较长,孔的同轴度难以保证的缺点,将普通卧式车床改装设计为一种卧式多孔钻床,其包括机床、机床上的主轴、主轴箱、弹性柱销联轴器、转盘以及若干钻头,具有结构简单,改制成本低,多孔同时钻削,加工效率高等优点。
Against the disadvantage of taking a long time to process the automotive semiaxle flange hole using the ordinary radial drilling machine and difficulty to guarantee hole concentricity, an ordinary horizontal lathe is repacked to a horizontal multihole drilling machine including the machine tools, the spindles, spindle box, flexible pin coupling, turntable and a number of drills. The horizontal multihole drilling machine has advantages such as simple structure, low cost of repack , simultaneous- ly drilling of multihole and high machining efficiency.
