系列双吡啶盐改性膨润土的制备及其对苯酚的吸附性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation of Bentonite Modified by a Series of Bis-pyridinium Dibromides and Their Adsorption of Phenol for Aqueous Solution

摘要 以合成的系列双吡啶盐为改性剂对膨润土进行了有机改性,利用XRD,FT-IR、SEM和TEM表征了有机改性膨润土的结构,并以六亚甲基双吡啶盐(HEMBP)为模板优化了改性条件,发现在液固比(L/S)=50 mL∶1 g,温度(T)=60℃,时间(t)=3 h,pH=6.26(自然值)的改性条件下,HEMBP在膨润土上的吸附量最大并达到平衡。同时以该条件下制备的八种有机改性土为吸附剂,考察了不同链长双吡啶盐改性膨润土对吸附苯酚的影响。结果表明,双吡啶盐中连接两个吡啶环的碳链过短或过长都不利于有机改性土对苯酚的吸附,而在长度适中的情况下,有机改性土对苯酚的去除率高达80%左右,远远超过膨润土原土。 A novel series of organobentonites were prepared by the reaction of bentonite ( abbr. B) with bis-pyridinium dibromides, and their structures have been characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and TEM. Also, the modification conditions were optimized when hexamethylene bis-pyridinium dibromides (abbr. HEMBP) was taken as a template. The maximum adsorbance and adsorption equilibrium appeared under the following conditions : L/S = 50 mL: 1 g, T = 60 ℃ , t = 3 h, pH = 6.26 (natural). In addition, the adsorption of phenol by these organobentonites were studied. The results showed that the length of carbon chain between the two pyridine rings in bis-pyridinium dibromides should not be too short or too long, only the proper length could increase the removal rate of phenol to 80%.
