摘要
针对陶瓷制品烧结过程中的在线温度检测引入了双色测温方法。利用双色测温的原理构建了双色测温系统,同时提出了系统关键参数双色波长、发射/转化率的确定方法。对根据陶瓷烧结过程特点搭建的样机进行了测试,结果表明在1300~2000 K范围内测温误差小于10 K。
The method of chromatic thermometry was ceramic sintering. The thermometry system was methods of key parameter such as wavelength, experiment indicated the metering error was less design introduced into the on-line thermometry of the ed according to planck rule. The calculational emissivity and rate of conversion was extracted. The than 10 K during 1300-2000 K.
