摘要
通过改变体系pH值和分散剂的添加量,对钴蓝颜料水悬浮体系的zeta电位、稳定性、分散性以及流变特性进行研究。结果表明:pH值和分散剂对钴蓝水分散体系的稳定性和分散性有显著影响。对于体积分数为2.0%的钴蓝悬浮液,分散剂用量超过钴蓝质量分数的1.0%时,体系具有较好的分散性。悬浮液的粘度和分散剂的最佳用量随钴蓝固含量的增加而增加。
The zeta potential, stability, dispersity, rheologic behavior of cobalt blue pigment suspension were studied by changing pH value and dispersant concentration. The results indicate that pH value and dispersant concentration affect evidently on the stability and dispersitY of cobalt blue pigment suspension. The optimum dispersant concentration is 1.0wt% for 2.0vol% of solid loading. The viscosity and the optimum dispersant concentration of suspension increase with the increasing of solid loading.
