摘要
简要介绍钢轨焊缝中的缺陷及其探测方法 ,重点研究双探头探伤时平面状缺陷反射幅度与缺陷位置的关系和单探头探测轨脚时声波的传播规律及探头偏角的选择等。
The plane defects in rail welds and their detection are described. The relationship between echo height and the position of a flaw in pitch catch mode, and the propagation law of acoustic waves and the selection of the offset angle of a probe for the inspection of rail fillet in the case of using single probe are mainly discussed.
