超声乳化白内障摘除联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术的疗效观察及护理

Nursing of patients with phacoemulsification and multifocal intraocular lens implantation

目的探讨超声乳化白内障摘除联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术的疗效及护理要点。方法对20例(40眼)白内障患者采用超声乳化白内障摘除联合多焦点人工晶状体植入术,术前做好患者的身体和心理评估及各种术前准备;术后做好病情观察和出院指导。结果手术后患者裸眼远视力为(1.12±0.24)较术前(0.24±0.20)提高,手术前后比较,t=14.79,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。90.2%患者远、中、近视力均满意。结论针对性地加强心理护理,配合充分的术前评估、术前准备和精心的术后护理对提高手术质量具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and muhifocal intraoeular lens （IOL） implantation as well as the key points of nursing the patients undergoing the operations. Methods In this study, 20 patients （40 eyes） underwent the muhifocal IOL implantation after cataract extraction. Before the operation, nursing care should be focused on physical constitution, psychological evaluation and preoperative preparations. After the operation, the key nursing points should include observation of the pathogenic condition and the guidance for discharge. Results The UCNVA （1.12 ＋ 0.24） improved remarkably before the operation （0.24 ＋ 0.20）, with significant difference （t = 14.79, P〈 0.05）. 90.2% of the patients were satisfied with their near, intermediate and distance visual acuity. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of the operation, it is beneficial to strengthen the psychological care, evaluations and preparations before operation and intensify postoperative nursing.
