高铁硫化锌精矿冶炼工艺探讨

Probe into Processing the Zinc Sulphide Concentrate Bearing High Content of Iron

介绍了国内近年来对高铁硫化锌精矿开展的主要研究工作 ,对技术指标好 ,具有产业化前景的两段焙烧———弱酸浸出、加压浸出工艺进行了试验结果分析 ,锌浸出率在 96 %以上 ,铁浸出率 5 0 %左右 ,提出了今后试验研究的方向和重点 ,并对工艺研究中存在的问题提出了建议。

Some leading researches,recently carried out in China,on processing zinc sulphide concentrate bearing high content of iron were presented in this paper.The analysis was conducted on experimental results obtained from two processes,i.e.,twostage rosting-weak acid leaching and pressure leaching,that have achieved good results with zinc leaching rates of above 96% and iron leaching rates of around 50% and shown good prospect for future industrialization.The trends and emphasis for future research were brought forward and the method to solve the problems existing in the process study was suggested.
