钢生产流程的分析比较

摘要 1997年世界产钢的 6 0 1%由BOF生产、 33 7%由EAF生产。废钢电炉钢厂同传统联合钢厂生产钢相比 :节约投资 5 0~ 6 0 %、成本降低 (或升高 ) 10 %、节能 42~ 47%、减少CO2 发生量 70~ 80 %。因此 ,到 2 0 0 5年EAF产钢将达到总产钢的 5 0 %。 In 1997,BOF process and EAF process were responsible respcfively for 60 1% and 33 7% of total world steel production respectively.compared with conventional integrated plant,the investment of the EAF plant using the scrapped steel as feed material will be cut down by 50~60%,the cost will be reduced (or increased)by 10%,the energy will be saved up to 42~47% and thd CO 2 formation will be reduced to 70~80%.As a result,the steel produced by EAF is likely to account for 50% of total steel production by 2005.
