摘要
目的对米非司酮临床治疗子宫肌瘤患者的效果进行探讨评价。方法对60例子宫肌瘤患者给予米非司酮口服10mg/d,测定治疗前后血P、LH、E2、FSH的平均水平并进行比较治疗后各项指标明显下降(P<0.01)。结果在服药的过程中患者的闭经、贫血等症状都得到了很好的改善,其围绝经期也均都提前的过渡到自然绝经期。结论将米非司酮应用于子宫肌瘤患者的临床治疗中,其疗效确切,具有积极的临床应用价值,值得大力推广和应用。
Objective Discussing the effects of clinical treatment of mifepristone for uterine fibroids patients. Methods 10 mg/d of oral mifepristone is given to 60 uterine fibroids patients. The average level of P,LH ,E2 ,FSH after treatment is apparently decreasing compared to taking no medicine. Results It improves the health of patients with amenorrhea and anaemia in the process of taking medicine. The perimenopause in advance transits to menopause naturally. Conclusion It is worthy of promoting the application of mifepristone in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids patients, because of its clinical application value.
