摘要
本文通过晶闸管温控柜在包头铝业集团公司电解铝铸造混合保温炉中的应用,说明现行交流接触器的平凡通断控制炉温方式有很多缺点,而使用无触点开关的晶闸管控制温度,即可节约电能又可节约加热元件硅碳棒,取得的经济效益是非常可观的。
Based on the application of transistor temperature control box for electrolytic aluminium foundery blending holding furnace in Baotou Aluminium Industry Group Co., this paper explained the defects of present AC contactor which was control furnace temperature very busy. But application of contactless contactor to control temperature can economize electric energy and heating unit. Remarkable economic benefits have been obtained.
