健康促进志愿者在社区卫生服务工作中的实施探讨

Implementation of Health-prompting Volunteer in Community Health Services

随着我国社区卫生服务事业的蓬勃开展,社区卫生服务机构越来越壮大,社区卫生服务功能不断扩充,应通过发挥社区健康促进志愿者的作用,来进一步完善社区卫生服务功能。本文以本课题组调查的重庆市江北区社区卫生服务机构为例,分析健康促进志愿者在增强社区卫生服务能力时出现的一些问题,并对此提出对策建议。

Along with vigorous development of community health service cause in china, community health service agencies had become increasingly expanded and the community health service function constantly extended. However, the community health services function should be further improved through making full play the role of health - promoting volunteers. In this we take Community Health Service Center of Chongqing Jiangbei District as an example to analyze some problems existing in implementation of health - promoting volunteers to enhance the power of community health services, and put forth the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
