新建铁路铺架基地设置方案的选择与确定,是保证线路铺架工程顺利开展的关键,也是工程设计施工组织设计中重要工作内容之一。此文以蒙西铁路拟设靖边东站铺架基地为例,阐述铺架基地的设置原则及特点,并对通过现场勘察提出的5种设置方案,从大临工程费用和满足总工期要求角度进行分析与比较,最终根据全线典型的总工期控制工程确定设置方案五。
