摘要
针对随机需求条件下的多品种维修器材联合补充问题,提出了一种新的策略——(T,s,S)策略,并建立模型。设计了一种混合RAND算法,求解该策略的各参数。结合实例对策略和算法进行验证,结果表明:新策略比文献中的(T,S)策略更加节省经费,新策略能确保维修器材的服务水平,对维修器材库存控制不失为一种满意的方法,对维修器材供应保障研究有一定的参考价值。
According to the joint replenishment problem(JRP) of multi-item materials under stochastic demand, a new policy called (T, s, S) is proposed and the model is established. A hybrid RAND algorithm is designed to solve these parameters of the policy. The result of example shows that the new policy is optimal according to (T, S) policy and proves the new policy can ensure the service level of maintenance materials. It is a satisfing method to the inventory control of maintenance material and has reference value to the research of maintenance material supply support.
