摘要
基于可调谐半导体激光吸收谱(tunable diode laser absorptionspectroscopy,TDLAS)的温度测量技术,实现了气体温度测量过程的建模与仿真。采用Matlab中的动态仿真工具Simulink,建立了光源模型、气室模型和数据检测模型。在设定环境条件下,通过模型仿真得到测量的气体温度并进行分析。结果表明:该模型能反映实际的激光调制效果和气室吸收情况,仿真的结果对TDLAS测温系统的研究有一定的参考价值。
Based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) temperature measure- ment technology, modeling and simulation for measurement process of gas temperature has been a- chieved. Using the dynamic simulation tool Matlab Simulink, a light source model, gas detection chamber model and data model have been obtained. In setting environmental conditions, these models simulated of the gas temperature measurement and analyzed it. The model can reflect the actual effect of the laser modulation absorption gas chamber, the results of simulation studies for TDLAS tempera- ture measurement system has some reference value.
