"9·11"以来,美国始终将和平演变作为对华意识形态输出战略的指导思想,奉行坚决反共、全面渗透、主动干涉、充分利用和适度克制的工作原则,采取了多种输出方式,呈现出和平演变与非和平打压、外部影响和内部渗透、政府牵头与多方参与、美国领导与盟国配合等多措并举的特点,一定程度上造成了中国部分人价值观西方化、极少数人成为西方代理人、国家向心力和国家认同有所松动、西方基督教影响有蔓延扩大趋势等后果。

Since ＂9.11＂,the United States has always been taking peaceful evolution as its strategic guidance for ideology output to China.The working principles it adopts include firm anti-Communist,full penetration,proactive interference and moderate restraint.The United States has been using various output ways,showing the characteristics of peaceful evolution and non-peaceful suppression,external influences and internal penetration,government leading and multi-party participation,US leadership and its allies＇ cooperation,which,to some degree,has caused a series of severe consequences.The values of some Chinese have been westernized.Some of them have even become the agents for the west.Chinese national cohesion and identity are being loosened while Western Christian influence is gradually spreading in our country.
