摘要
舆论管理创新作为社会管理创新的题中应有之义,涉及到社会深层结构变迁、公权力主体站位、政治与社会稳定以及公众话语权等诸种矛盾关系,需要采用多学科的交叉视角加以审慎处理。舆论管理的主体与客体、职能与任务、规则与价值等范畴,既是舆论管理研究的基本问题,也是进一步探索舆论管理哲学的理论前提。舆论管理研究蕴含着对民主制度和自由价值的理解和认识,其根本目的在于,透识"权力、舆论和社会深层结构"的复杂运动,深化对于人自身及社会力学的理解。
As a part of social management innovation,management of public opinion relates to various contradictions,such as social structure change,public power standing posture,political and social stability and public discourse right etc.which needs to be treated with caution through multidisciplinary perspective.Varieties of category in public opinion management including subject and object,function and task,rules and value etc.constitute the basic problem of public opinion research and theoretical premise of public opinion management philosophy.Researching public opinion management contains the understanding and awareness of the democratic system and the value of freedom.The fundamental purpose of which is profound understanding of the complex movement caused by power,social structure and public opinion,deepen the understanding of people social mechanics.
