医院退休人员参加“志愿服务在医院”的初步探讨

A Discussion on Taking Part in the Voluntary Service of Retirees in Hospital

通过对三级甲等医院退休人员参加"志愿服务在医院"活动的初步尝试,确定了活动开展的形式,分析了退休人员志愿者的优势在于更能够提供常态化、持续化的服务,更能够提供贴心的服务,退休人员志愿者较青年志愿者的压力小,时间相对充裕,在人员紧张时,由退休人员志愿者补充,可以起到"调配剂"的作用。今后服务发展的趋势应向病房发展,同时加强对志愿者的保障工作。

By the preliminary attempt that retirees took part in the voluntary service we made in three A - level hospital, we confirmed the form of the activity and analyzed the advantages of the retirees. Compared with younger volunteers, retirees were able to provide regular, sustainable and in- timate service, and also as they had less pressure than these who were younger, they could act as ＂compounding agent＂. We also put forward that we should improve towards the trend of wards, and strengthen the security work of these retiree volunteers.
