儿童用眼保健早期干预护理150例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 150 Cases Early Intervention Nursing to the Eyes Care of Children

目的探讨早期干预护理对儿童用眼保健的治疗效果。方法选取我院常规体检健康儿童300例,随机分为实验组和对照组各150例。对照组采用常规健康宣教,实验组在此基础上给予眼保健早期干预护理措施。半年后对比观察两组患儿的用眼行为及干预前后视力异常出现率的差异。结果干预护理后,两组患儿每天用眼行为和视力异常发生率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童的用眼保健进行合理有效的早期干预护理,有利于纠正患儿不健康的用眼行为,促进患儿视力健康。

Objective To investigate the theraputic effect of early intervention nursing to the eyes care of children. Methods 300 cases of healthy children were selected by general physical examination in our hospital, and divided them into experimental group and control group randomly with each group 150 children were included. To conduct general health education in the control group, while give early intervention nursing measures to the ex- perimental group on the basis of health education. Then make a comparison of the difference on the bchaviours as well as the incidence of abnormal eye- sight between the two groups. Results After the comparison between the two groups, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sions By giving early intervention nursing measures to the healthy eyes using of children, it is helpful to correct the unhealthy behaviours of eyes using, and also it is a promotion to the keeping of eyesight of children.
