卡前列甲酯栓舌下含服药物流产的效果探讨

A Discussion on the Effect of Medical Abortion by Using Sublingual Carboprost Methylate

目的探讨米非司酮片配伍卡前列甲酯栓舌下含服药物流产的临床效果。方法选择三组符合门诊药物流产要求的病例共229例,Ⅰ组(73例)米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片口服、Ⅱ组(48例)米非司酮片配伍卡前列甲酯栓舌下含服、Ⅲ组(108例)米非司酮片配伍卡前列甲酯栓阴道放药,通过观察各组末次用药至胎囊排出的时间(时间差),进行比较分析。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组相比,从末次用药到胎囊排出的时间最短,在统计学上有显著差异(双侧Sig.<0.05);Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组相比,从末次用药到胎囊排出的时间,在统计学上无显著差异(双侧Sig.>0.05)。结论米非司酮片配伍卡前列甲酯栓舌下含服的效果并不优于米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片口服和配伍卡前列甲酯栓阴道放药,米非司酮片配伍米索前列醇片口服具有更显著的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of taking mifepristone tablet combined with sublingual carboprost methylate in medical abortion. Methods A total of 229 out-patient cases who fit for the qualifications of medical abortion were divided into 3 groups. Patients of group Ⅰ （n = 73） uesd Mifepristone combined with oral misoprostol, Group Ⅱ （n = 48） used Mffepristone combined with sublingual carboprost methylate and Group Ⅲ （n = 108） used Mifepristone combined with carboprost methylate through vagina. The difference of time interval from the last medication to embryo ejeeted was analyzed. Results Compared with group Ⅱ and Ⅲ , the time interval was the shortest in group Ⅰ , which has statistical significance （ambi - Sig. 〈0.05）, and there were no significant different effects between group Ⅱ and Ⅲ （ambi - Sig, 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The effect of taking mifepristone＇combined with sublingual carboprost methylate isn＇ t better than the other methods. Taking mifepristone combined with oral misoprostol is the best way in the three methods.
