摘要 随着国家示范性(骨干)高等职业院校建设计划的实施和高等职业教育改革与发展的加快,建设高水平的职业教育"双师型"师资队伍,对高职院校未来的发展和高等职业教育教学改革的深化具有重要的战略意义。湖北交通职院道路与桥梁工程系依托交通行业,经过多年的探索和实践,在交通土建类专业"双师型"教师培养上积累了大量的经验,取得了丰硕的成果,这些对其他高职院校相关专业具有一定的借签意义。 As the plan of national demonstration high occupation colleges is implemented and reform and development of higher occupation education accelerate, it has important strategic significance to construct high level occupation education of "double quali- fied teacher" to the future development of the higher occupation education reform. In Road Bridge Engineering Department of Hubei Communications Technical College, we rely on traffic industry, through deep thinking of "double qualified teacher" training model. After years of exploration and practice, we has accumulated a wealth of experience, and achieved fruitful results. This beneficial ex- ploration has professional good sign meaning to the other higher vocational colleges.
