On Practical Significance of Occupational Classifications' Development Home and Abroad

摘要 职业是人类社会劳动分工的产物。首先分析了职业的内涵与特点,职业分类的依据与实质,接着简述了国内外职业分类的演进与发展,之后着重从六个方面论述了职业分类发展完善的现实意义。 Occupation is the outcome of social labour division in human history. The paper analyzes the connotation and charac- teristics of occupations, discusses the basis and essence of occupational classification. Briefly reviewing the history of occupational classification home and abroad, it mainly explores the practical significance of occupational classifications'development home and a- broad from six aspects.
