物流业与制造业的联动融合有利于物流企业的发展和制造业企业的产业链升级,但这种融合离不开政府的引导促进和规范限制。在分析物流产业融合对制造业产业链升级的作用及政府影响的基础上,建立政府、物流企业、制造业企业的三方博弈模型,分析政府、物流企业、制造业企业的混合策略纳什均衡解,从建立有效的激励机制和抑制机制、降低信息的不对称程度两个方面提出政府的策略,以期为政府及相关部门制定政策提供参考。

The linkage and integration of logistics industry and manufacturing industry is conducive to the development of logistics enterprises and the industry chain upgrade of manufacturing industry. But the integration can not be separated from the guidence, promotion, regulation and limit of the government. Based on analyzing the effect of logistics industrial integration on industry chain upgrade of manufacturing industry and the influence of government, a tripartite game mode.1 of government, logistics enterprise and manufacturing enterprise is established, and the Nash equilibrium solution of the mixed strategy of it is analyzed. Strategies of the government are brought forward from two aspects, namely, to establish effective stimulating mechanism and restraining mechanism, and to reduce the asymmetry degree of information, in order to provide reference for the decision-making of relevant departments of the government.
