摘要
装备制造业是辽宁的支柱性产业,具有雄厚的发展基础,也取得了令人瞩目的成就。但辽宁省装备制造业在管理模式上存在诸多制约因素,因此,装备制造业企业必须突破单一的以技术赢得竞争力的发展观念,适应当前全球制造环境下装备制造业网络化、绿色化、柔性化、集成化、联盟化的演进趋势,以客户资源为中心,优化生产与服务环节,形成具有核心竞争力的现代组织管理模式。
Equipment manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of Liaoning Province, which has tremendous development basis and acquires remarking achievements. But there are still many restricting factors of management mode of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. Hence, equipment manufacturing enterprises must break through the simplex development concept of acquiring competitiveness by technology, adapt to the evolution trends of cyberization, greenization, flexibility, integration and alliance, and take customer resource as center, optimize production and service sectors, in order to buildup mordem organizational management mode which has core competitiveness.
