摘要
从硫酸腐蚀特性出发,针对RS 2在中温浓硫酸(80℃,98%H_2SO_4)中实际使用状况,重新设计试验钢的化学成分,通过调整热处理制度,改善试验钢的机械性能。对新钢种和RS-2在相同条件下做对比试验,参照有关腐蚀指标进行相应讨论。结果表明,新钢种在中温浓硫酸中,具有比RS-2优越得多的耐蚀性能。
Based on the actual application of the conventional steel RS-2 used in concentrated sulfuric acid solution at medium temperature (80℃ ,80%H2SO4), the chemical composition and heat treatment temperature for tested stainless steel are redesigned to improve its mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Compariaon tests are made between the new stainless steel and RS-2. The results show that the new steel is much better than RS-2 in corrosion resistance to medium temperature concentrated sulfuric acid.
