掺杂对化学二氧化锰晶型及其在浓碱介质中放电性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Dopants on the Crystal Phase of Chemical Manganese Dioxide and its Discharge Behaviour in Concentrated Alkaline Electrolyte

摘要 用KMnO4氧化MnCl2 分别合成了纯化学二氧化锰、含杂质铁的掺铁二氧化锰和含杂质钼的掺钼二氧化锰 ;所有的化学二氧化锰都经化学分析、X射线衍射和红外光谱分析测定其理化性能 ,用恒流 (1mA/0 1 g)间隔放电测其在 9mol/LKOH溶液中的放电性能。实验结果表明 :杂质铁、钼的加入有利于γ型晶体结构的形成 ,亦有利于提高化学二氧化锰电极的放电性能。 Pure Fe-doped and Mo-doped chemical manganese dioxides were synthesized by KMnO 4 oxidation of MnCl 2 salts; chemically analysed, characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. The MnO 2 samples also were discharged in 9 mol/L KOH at a constant current of 1mA 0 1 g -1 . The results indicated that Fe and Mo doped in the MnCl 2 solution favours the formation of the gamma-phase, and also improves the discharge performance of MnO 2 electrod.
