摘要
较为详细地介绍了日本材料学科最新的国家级研究课题 ,面向 2 1世纪的超级钢材料计划的缘起、研究机构和研究内容和最新的研究进展情况 ,并指出对我国相关学科研究的借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the super steel plan of Japan systemically, including origin, organization, the task of research, and the new progress. It is the last national research plan for the 21 st century in the material science in the Japan. By the way I granted some opinion which our research can leam from this plan.
