在高速钢中加入稀土元素有助于净化钢质 ,改善钢的组织和性能。介绍了通过电渣重熔生产W9Mo3Cr4VRE稀土高速工具钢的工艺。

This paper introduces the technology of manufacturing rare earth high speed tool steel W9Mo3Cr4VRE by elecrtroslag remelting process.The result shows that add rare earth metal into high speed tool steel contributes to clean up impurities,improve textures and properties of the steel.
