摘要
目的观察测量高仟伏摄影在不同滤过条件下对受检者皮肤剂量的影响。方法用HF50-E型高频摄影机在不同厚度附加滤过的情况下,分别测试受检者皮肤入射剂量和影像接收器接受剂量。结果附加0.5 mm Al+0.1~0.3 mm Cu滤过,管电压可相应提高8~17 kV,受检者皮肤入射剂量与无滤过时比较相应降低4.5%~39.2%,受检者吸收剂量亦随之降低7.1%~40.9%。结论在保证胸片影像质量的前提下,附加滤过可以增加管电压的输出值,提高X线线质,增加不同厚度的附加滤过,受检者皮肤入射剂量和吸收剂量也随之降低,机房内散射水平亦相应减少。
[Objective]To observe the effect of high kV photography on skin dose level under different filtration conditions.[Methods]HF50-E high-frequency camera was adopted to measure the skin dose level of examinees and panadaptor received dose level respectively under additional filtration with different thickness.[Results] With 0.5 mm Al+0.1-0.3 mm Cu filter,tube voltage was increased by 8-17 kV,and skin entrance dose level of examinees was decreased by 4.5%-39.2% and absorbed dose was decreased by 7.1%-40.9% comparing with those without filter.[Conclusion]Under the precondition of ensuring the chest X-ray image quality,additional filtration can increase the output value of the tube voltage and increase the quality of X-ray;filters with increasing thickness can lead to the decreasing of skin entrance dose and absorbed dose as well as scattering levels in the machine room.
